The Mascara that I purchased isn't user friendly

I was excited to use the mascara, however I was only able to use it once and then it wouldn't open again. Seems like the wand due to the curve is stuck. I am disappointed bc I hate veering off from a product that I love only to purchase something that doesn't work.

Lightweight , stays in place
